I've been using Asus RT-AX55 for about a year, with several wire and wifi devices, everything was fine.
A couple of days ago I noticed that my wifi devices (phone, laptop) started displaying "Connected, no internet".
Devices show wifi connection and are visible from the router site.
When I ping the router's IP from a wifi-connected laptop, there's correct response.
When I ping other devices on the network (like, wire-connected computer) or internet sites from the same laptop I get "General failure".
On the wire-connected computer everything works, there's internet.
I switched frequencies to use only 2.4GHz or 5GHz, nothing changed.
I updated firmware to the latest, nothing changed:
Operation Mode:Wireless router Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.386_50460
I did factory reset from the router site and hard reset using buttons on the router, and re-configured wifi network, nothing changed.
Is this a hardware error and I need to go to the service, or maybe there's a way to configure something and it can be cured?
Thank you.
