wiring up new flat with two wireless routers for more coverage

Our home is just 1750 sq. ft., two story, 3BR, 3BA. But I have an ( out of sight) AP in the room where the iPAD is most used, on a distinct SSID, so the iPAD will get an ideal signal strength. I cannot run cat5, so I used MoCA to backhaul to the router.
