so... I haven't understood well... what happens if I have this configuration?

I'd like to cable the PS3 since it hasn't N wireless and HD streaming is stuttering.
would I solve this with such a configuration?
Or is there a cheaper config I could use?

HD streaming on PS3 via wireless isn't well performing since it's using a 54g and neither picture viewing (really long times to load photos and I often get some net error from ps3 during slideshow).

What have you not understood? Didn't realize using WDS on 5GHz could make such a configuration possible, while still providing 2.4GHz wireless? I have heard it can be done, but you won't get much distance in relation to respectable speeds using 5GHz, and don't expect 1080p to work well at all on any wireless whatsoever.
