Is anyone using the XT8 pairs in AP mode? I am getting a strange problem since the very beggining (kinda 6 months ago…..) and I just can‘t figure this one out.
I know now that if the device requests a DHCP address refresh, it will disconnect and this is even if the address does not change. Not sure why this behaviour is needed but this is what it does. So now, the master XT8 is static IP (tried static DHCP address with huge renwal times but still get the disconnect) but I still get the disconnects.
The thing is that it doesn’t seem random. Each day, around 8h30 am, the system will disconnect its clients. This is why I suspected somthing like the DHCP. And before you ask, no the router auto reboot is not configured….. (duh)
