True. First few months. :)

The main pfSense issue is the complexity. There is no way to explain what few hundred settings in multiple cascaded menus do. There is a good community support online, but mostly explaining the principles. There is no way to explain Windows to someone who has never seen it, for example. Researching and learning one thing at a time is the only way. Video tutorials online help a lot. Replicate what they show, modify according to your needs.
