    Can not access config page, but Router working fine

    What does this mean? I try ping the address and it response. Everything is working fairly well. Normally restarting it would solve the problem but i just want to ask if this is an common issue. My Router is Tp-Link 841ND, but i have had similar experience with many other brands of routers.
