    You may take a look into DrayTek Vigor2830, the ADSL2+ router. They recently upgrade their f/w and implemented a lot of features, Open VPN, IPv6...etc.. I saw them demonstrating Vigor2830 rack mounted on a 6 U chassis in a roadshow hosted by their distributor.

    Maybe you could look into DrayTek Vigor2920's wake on lan. Its wake on lan may not only wake the LAN field through IP setting but also control the Mac Address of LANs. IP-Mac binding keeps un-related LAN's interference to your network.;)

    I'd recommend you to look into the NAT/open port feature on Vigor2920n. You may well setup the VNC port you'll configure and direct the port to the PC with specifying its Mac Address. Wish it may help.;)
