One can mount a USB disk and setup what directories should be read/write accessible for different FTP accounts in asus merlin.
But has anyone tried to mount a samba NAS drive into the /mnt?
Would it be possible to access the NAS over FTP then and use asus merlin user control to define read write access to folders on the NAS in the router web gui?
I know AiCloud finds the NAS but it lacks granularity to prevent users from accessing the complete NAS drive. And who wants to share the admin login credentials necessary for AiCloud login....
Also sharing a link to a samba folder from AiCloud seems not to work well.
