According to the last update in the Beta testing program it will be released this week.

We do apologize for the delay. Due to our Beta testing, there is a bit of last minute tweaking that is prolonging the release. We expect to make the AiCould available by the end of this week.

More seriously thought, I'm glad Asus prefers to take extra time to resolve remaining issues rather than rush it out on a fixed date. It will be worth the wait.
