Everything seems to work OK but to me it seems as if the two dnsmasq processes (the 'root' one and the 'nobody' one) are the wrong way round.
Running 'top' shows:-
So the dnsmasq process running under user 'nobody' is the parent process of the one running as user 'chris' who is the root user. Isn't this the wrong way round? It's not all that important, everything seems to work OK, it just seems a bit odd.
Running 'top' shows:-
Code:
5079 1 nobody S 10080 3.9 0 0.0 dnsmasq --log-async
5080 5079 chris S 9400 3.6 1 0.0 dnsmasq --log-async
So the dnsmasq process running under user 'nobody' is the parent process of the one running as user 'chris' who is the root user. Isn't this the wrong way round? It's not all that important, everything seems to work OK, it just seems a bit odd.
