URL filter list limitation

This is more of a rant and a plea to Merlin.
I'm using the stock firmware on a ac68 router with FW 3.0.0.4.378.4585 and I find myself unable to block a certain website. The website I want to block has 11 characters while the URL filter list allows max of 10 characters . I'm floored by this oversight and I'm begging Merlin to forward this to his connection withing Asus organization . I chose as temp solution to use opendns.com and block the URL there but I'd rather have the router doing it.

Asus already increased it to 32 characters back with 3.0.0.4.378_6065.

Sorry I meant to say over 32 characters and the url I want to block/ filtered out has 33 characters..
