    Very minor bug: "Visit update site" on release notes page in firmware results in error on AX-3000

    In the latest firmware (and probably for some time before that), when there is new firmware available and you go to the dialog to view the release notes, there is a button to open a tab directly to the download site. On the AX-3000, this attempts to open this URL...

    RT-AC86U intermittently but constantly dropping Internet Connection

    I just upgraded an RT-AC3200 from 384.6 to 384.9 (first available in quite a while for the 3200...). I immediately started having the problem described here. I've turned off network monitoring and will see whether that allows the WAN connection to stay up for more than a few hours.

    Thanks! Clearing the JFFS and letting it repopulate seems to have done the trick. (Did have to manually SCP some of the other JFFS stuff like openvpn config back to the partition, but I was prepared, it was fine.)

    Thanks, that helps me understand the policy based rules, but I think I had it set up correctly and was still not getting any traffic received at the azure end that originated from the local end other than ping replies. Still looking for more help . :-)

    Using ASUS AC3200 with latest Merlin firmware. I have a simple network on the router at 192.168.1.0/24 that I would have been trying to configure with an OpenVPN client to connect to a VM running the OpenVPN Access Server appliance on Azure, and some Windows Server VMs running in the same Azure...

    I've already completed the update to _2, gonna wait and see whether it holds. If it doesn't I'll try factory defaults and restoring bits and pieces.

    I installed the .56 release and had the same problem so on Sunday I upgraded to the 56_1 release. I see that there's now a 56_2, so I'll try that as well in case this is the mDNS memory exhaustion thing, but I wanted to raise this in case I'm seeing an unknown problem. The prior stable build...
