    Pptp connection behavior

You are correct. I forgot to mention it is a modem/router. Both are working as routers. Internet -> 192.168.0.1 isp router -> 192.168.1.1 asus router.

    Merlin (possible Asus) Ipv6 bug

Hi All. I was working on my 68U, learning about IPV6 to try to give some bananas to my ISP that uses CGNAT. (lol, translated joke) Im running merlin 386.4 on a dual stack network. And as I said, my IPv4 is running under CGNAT and I cannot do much about it for servers. Bad ISP, cannot change...

Are you using a different subnet for some specific reason? I would put them all on the same subnet.

    [Q] VPN IPV6 and more

Hi all. I have some questions about Vpn and IPV6. Actually my confusion is mostly about ipv6. Since 2015 when all the stuff about ipv6 was starting to emerge, i tried to understand how it was going to be handled for new and legacy devices. I didnt understand at that time and i decided to wait to...

[Q] Usb file management via http?

[Q] Usb file management via http?

I see... my point was that its easier to access the webpage via browser than SSH. And ssh you still have to write commands in shell (think with smartphone access). Of course, all i was proposing here is for internal use only. I'm a home user. no access via Wan, etc. That's how i do my scripts...

[Q] Usb file management via http?

@dosborne thanks. Just adding some ideas for all, would be nice to have a my addons page that user could link his scripts, sh or whatever creating a list and execute each of them with a single button click.

[Q] Usb file management via http?

Awesome! Would be great if somehow it is incorporated into "my addons" page. @dosborne I use lighttpd for very small webpages. i have to execute some php scripts for some of my tasks by pressing buttons.

[Q] Usb file management via http?

@colin aicloud from Asus does not work the way i need. @dosborne that's more what i need. I don't know exactly what to search for. I wrote "file management HTTP upload script" on google. Most of them are PHP. Ill keep looking. I will return if i succeed or not. Thanks all!

[Q] Usb file management via http?

Thanks for the info, Merlin. Would it be bad/difficult even for a simple page with only an upload form? for downloading it is enough to list the files in a page to download them (i can do this already).

[Q] Usb file management via http?

Is there a tool of some kind that i could use to upload files to USB drive by using http web page? I tried some scripts by creating an http webserver with lighttpd but it seems to have a 1MB file size limitation. any thoughts? I have no expertise with web dev...

Update: After one month using stock, No DHCP issues. That strange WAN disconnect issue happened 2 times that I have noticed. The router recovered itself from the issue after 1-2 minutes. I tried looking at the webpage log to try caching something about this wan issue but i found nothing. I...
