    OMG, I'M AN IDIOT! I already FIXED THIS! It was my very first post in this forum!!!!!! :rolleyes: Sorry, everyone. Some time ago, I had to reset the router, and I never turned the custom jffs back on. I needed to use dnsmasq --dhcp-relay in the custom config. Going to go do that now. UGH...

    Just to be clear: the DHCP server is a Windows 2008 R2 server. The VPN server on the router has its own DHCP service, it seems.

    I would put it more around 95% (PEBKAC)... but the #1 thing I learned was that being nice, friendly, and understanding goes a LONG way.
