I'm about a week away from having the exact setup you are talking about. Did you connect to the Giga Hub using PPPoE or did you simply turn off wifi and are in a Double Nat situation? I've read you can't put the Giga Hub in Bridge mode and that there are only a few ways to get around it. PPPoE...

I haven't done the factory reset yet. I typically don't and haven't had issues To date. I'll have to try that when it's convenient. Did that sort out your problems?

I think I've having the same issue......I keep getting devices losing wifi, then the password won't work to reconnect. Windows machine will reconnect if I just turn off wifi and turn it back on, but apple devices won't reconnect unless I reset the node or router.

I'm pretty sure you need to have all nodes on the same firmware for it to work correctly.

I have turned off wifi on the computer I've wired to the node (HP) and I can confirm the computer I am connecting with wifi (MacBook pro) is connecting to the same node, but using wifi. Yet the speedtest numbers from the wifi computer are doubling the numbers from the wired computer.

i've run across this issue with other devices. Just shut off the 5GHz band while you setup your locks, then once they have been connected to the network, turn the 5GHz band back on.
