my axe11000 has been freezing up so frequently that I may have to reboot it everyday. Does anyone having the same problem with this new firmware? I was not having this problem before.
I just got it installed, can't really tell the difference yet.
I notice there is a lot of logs about eth7
Jun 10 17:57:38 acsd: acs_candidate_score_intf(1101): eth7: intf check failed for chanspec: 0xe832 (36/160)

I tried to follow the install cert documentation from asus' website and GT-AXE11000 is supported for download the router's cert. But I didn't see it there. Does anyone else having the same problem? I am on the latest firmware.
Yes, that is true, I am using 5300 as my main and ac68u as an aimesh node. Even if I disable the smart connect the 2nd 5Ghz still won't let me set to the same SSID. Because it still said it was the backhal. They need to fix it in the firmware level.
I tested it and it's showing up but my point still are I want to old way back, the smart connect tri-band option, I don't want to keep switching to two different SSID name in order to used all my wifi capacity. It was setting up fine until they decide to spilt it out for a dedicated backhaul...
I am more interested in the wifi AX-6E upgrade, once they can confirm it then I probably will back order one. Is this one better or the AX11000? this one looks great to me. but I love the tri-band
I am using RT-AC5300, I hope the next firmware update will enable the option to get back my tri-band as normal used, I am using a ethernet wire as backhaul in my AiMesh, I don't need to use that 3rd band as backhaul. This is just so stupid to force a backhaul when really don't need.
Why is no...
