I am getting this in my log file:
I only have 23 devices connected..
Yes I powered them all off and then on one at a time; So It cant be an ARP problem or one of the devices holding the ARP.

Let me guess, you are running ipv6 with Comcast? Its a known issue and inflating your ARP thresholds still doesn't make the error go away completely.

You are right on that I did increase my thresholds still doesn't work. Disabled IPV6 does.
