384.15 soft reboot did not complete 86u

Strange, tried searching but blanked, sorry if covered, couldnt find it.
I went to reboot my router from the gui, web page, the results was no lights, like the router shut down. I pulled the power cord for a bit, then plugged back in, and all came back as it should.
Super basic user, no extras being ran,

Was this a 1 off? I haven't tried again. Not sure if it happens, i have never came across it before.
