5g channel choice

I have found that channel 165 is seldom used and gives me the least trouble. It seems to work well despite reduced channel width. Any other reason I am missing that this would be a bad channel choice? I was using the Auto setting, but the lower 1xx channels were often chosen by the 56u despite being congested. This resulted in my Roku buffering more. The 30 and 40 range aren't as busy, but signal strength is lower.

Also being told that 165 may be outside the range for some devices, although I haven't found that yet. 161 always drops to 157.
