AC3100 dropping Vpn client connections

hi -I just bought an Asus Wireless AC3100 Gigabit Router. My wife and I both connect to work with VPN. Mine is Cisco any connect and hers is global protect. Generally we can both connect but after a variable amount of time, whoever logged on second will lose their connection and may or may not be able to reconnect without the other logging out of their Vpn. Any ideas?
