AC3200 - AT&T Gigapower only getting 370Mb download speeds

I recently got AT&T GigaPower. I should be getting around 1Gbs down and up. Currently I'm getting 370 down and 923 up. I installed Asuswrt-Merlin and the speeds stay the same. If I connect my pc directly to the AT&T router I get 970 down and up. I'm using all Cat6 cables. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What firmware version are you running (specifically)? What optional features do you have enabled and need/use?

No special settings or features enabled. I run a very vanilla setup. Thanks for your response.

V.380.59_0 has resolved my issue. I'm now getting 925 down and 935 up.
