AC68U change jpg files to folders

Hello. I have an external drive WD 1TB,formatted as NTFS, with a lots of pictures and movies, connected to AC68U router via usb 3.0. Don't know why but media server or samba sharing server change the most pictures into folders.
I've even tried to format the external drive as EXT4 but still the same problem, can't view the pictures via android or smart TV.
Anyone know how to fix this annoying problem?
