Adaptive QOS Apps Priority - can't set

I have Merlin 378.56_2 with adaptive QOS enabled. On the QOS screen, I select customize to specify app priority. This brings up a screen where I can presumably drag and drop stuff to set priorities highest to lowest, except, it's completely empty.

Is this functionality currently not enabled or broken? Is there something else I need to enable for this to populate? Do I need to wait a day for some history or something?

You have corrupted settings. Switch to Game mode, apply, then switch back to Customize, and apply. You should then regain access to the list of customizable categories.
