Can someone elaborate what is this setting for?
It implies some streaming capability but there is absolutely 0 official (and unofficial documentation for it).

Setting aside the fact that AiCloud has apparently been a possible intrusion point for malware that Asus has repeatedly patched. You apparently use the Asus AiCloud app to do media streaming. Streaming through AiCloud is mentioned in the following Asus links:
