AImesh set up with AX88U as the router and two AX58Us as the nodes. Can I turn off the wireless just on the AX88U?

New Around Here
Basically the router is in the middle of the house and each node is near one of the ends of the house. I'm looking to see if I can turn off the wireless just in the router so my clients connect to whichever one is closer instead of holding on to the signal from the router.

Doesn't sound like you need the two nodes at all.

This does require wired backhaul to work (and it may, or may not).

I don't see the point of such a configuration at first blush.

I do have them all wired.

I guess the big thing is the AX88U is a huge monstrosity that we want to bury in the cabinet to gain WAF.
