Entware is *not* a requirement for YazFi or scMerlin installation. If Entware is found installed, both add-ons do detect it and can take advantage of it, but it's definitely not required for their functionality.

That's a good distinction, to know some add-ons do. I'll change the wording for those 2 add-ons then! Thanks Martinski!

I've been wondering where you disappeared too, since your wandering thread.

Jump in the deep end! Easiest way to get back into it. (So I've been told)

BTW, I do really like the phrase "optional but recommended" you used in the documentation.
