I found out that google dns is blocking download on asus web for some reason. As soon as I changed my dns to cloudflare. Download is working again.

Aimesh still broken. My android gsm and Samsung TIZEN TV still unable to connect to the AIMESH node but connect perfectly to the MAIN node. Bummer.... already send feedback multiple times... no use sigh, expensive router, no support.

If you have ROG GT6 as the child node, this firmware will make GT6 into reboot loop. So stay away from it if you use BE98 as master node and GT6 as child node. I had to restore back the firmware of my BE98 to resolve the reboot loop on GT6.
Stable firmware so far for this config :
BE98 - 3.0.0.6.102_36878 (Main)
GT6 - 3.0.0.4.388_24595 (Child node)

I am running the latest gnuton beta (3006.102.4_1-gnuton0_beta1, based on merlin's 3006.102.4) on my BE98 and have the exact same issue with my GT6 mesh nodes (2), any fix/solution for this yet?

I found that any new firmware after BE98 - 3.0.0.6.102_36878 is not stable with GT6 as mesh node. Have not tested gnuton firmware. And which firmware version your GT6? Same like mine?

I am running (or actually not running as it boot-loops same as you)
BE98 3006.102.4_1-gnuton1
GT6 latest 3.0.0.4.388_24596

The GT6 units are now collecting dust. very disappointed with asus
