ASUS PCE-AC66U PCI or PCIe?

Hi sorry for the noob question. I just bought a pce-ac66 and i have the Asus p8z68v-pro motherboard. One gtx 680 installed. Where am i going to install this? A lot of available slots but kind of confused. Should it be on pciexpress slot just pci? please help. Thanks

It's a PCI-Express card, so it must go in a PCI-Express slot.
