Hello people I want purchased tomorrow
Asus ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Router

but I am not sure why
Not supporting WPA3

is something need software or hardware fix need ? For future used

Asus are still working on it. The RT-AX88U received final WPA3 support less than a week ago, I suspect the GT-AX11000 might follow next since it's based on similar hardware and software.
