Asus RT-AC3200 can I force 2.4 vs 5G?

I have devices that are having issues with the 5G band and I need to force them to 2.4G, how do I do this and where do I go? I could really use your help.
 
Just use a different ssid and network key for your 2.4 ghz band then on your devices forget the old networks and reconnect to the 2.4 ghz band and your defices will stay there.
