That was quick... the last AC68U release was just a month ago.

OE

Flawless "online" upgrade for both my RT-AC68U (Router) and RT-AC1900U (Media Bridge).
With a quick look through the configuration pages I didn't encounter any differences, no lost settings.

Does the problem of being unable to uncheck disable 11b if you enable this setting still occur in this firmware release?

Noticed that the MD5 for both the RT-AC68U and the RT-AC66U-B1 is the same. Some have said before that the 66U-B1 is just a 68U with a faster processor.

My TP-Link Bulbs and plugs appear offline to alexa and Tapo app when I enable DoT in WAN section. Disable it and apply they are back online. It's consistent but doesn't happen with Merlin DoT.

Be my guest to try ;)

Yup, the firmwares are interchangeable. Merlin has one version for the AC68U and AC66U_B1.

It's the exact same firmware image for these two models.

Well I have tried Guest 1 with the Tapo devices, still appear offline. Sent feedback to Asus see if they can fix it. As I say dont happen on Merlin DOT.

Working well so far. The following bug was FIXED:
DDNS - Dynamic DNS
Router no longer displays an error: "Request error! Please try again."
