It is obvious. Nothing for 6 months is Wrong. There was an update on Sep 1st. That is far from being "nothing for 6 months". Reading is fundamental...It isn't obvious, because they said
"Nothing for 6 months, and now 2 updates in recent weeks"
Thanks for checking. I'm outa here. This forum hasn't changed a bit with the same old sh!t going on with some people.I did my hard WPS button reset, and alexa groups still isn't working, so am able to confirm something has changed since the update. So, now resetting my usual settings after testing with the factory defaults.
You're welcome, I'll continue to dig into the problem. Like I said though, I probably wouldn't have noticed it, if you hadn't said something, or I, on the rare occasion wanted multi room music, and it didn't work. From what I can tell all normal daily activity is working on the new firmware. Thanks for checking. I'm outa here. This forum hasn't changed a bit with the same old sh!t going on with some people.
Here's a reddit thread talking about speaker groups and stereo connections; related to Oct 20th AWS issue. Some of the comments are from today a few hours ago. People are having the issue that we are talking about. Strange thing is my problem went away when I rolled back the firmware. A big coincidence I guess. I will reinstall the new firmware and see what happens. You're welcome, I'll continue to dig into the problem.
