ASUS RT-AX88U Pro Unable to enter GUI in Win 10

Hello everyone fresh from setting up mesh I cannot access the router GUI using a Dell XPS (13 9370) notebook running Win 10 (build 19045.5247). I can access it using a Samsung Tablet but not Windows which means I cannot for instance install the EZ Print file for setting up a network printer. I would welcome a solution if anyone can assist. Is the Del notebook directly connected, either by ethernet or by WiFi (not Guest WiFi) to the main router? Or is it connected to an AiMesh node? Connect direct to main router and not through a node as a troubleshooting step.
Just to confirm, the RT-AX88U Pro is the main router and not a AiMesh note, correct?
Are you using an IP address to access the RT-AX88U Pro? If so double check that the IP address is correct. Check that the Dell laptop is using the RT-AX88U Pro as it's default gateway in the Dell's OS settings.
Temporarily disable any third party security/firewall software and or browser plugins/extensions as a troubleshooting step incase that third party software is blocking access to the Asus router.

Thanks again for assisting. I am a complete novice in these matters so bear with mes GUI. I am trying to access the GUI via asusrouters.com as opposed to an IP address. I ran the cmd ipconfig and it generated this result which I am not able to evaluate. It might assist.

Use the default gateway IP address in your screen shot as the IP address to access the router in your web browser: http://192.168.50.1

If you are using Edge for a web browser try Firefox instead. You will have to download and install Firefox...a much better browser than Edge!

I believe Edge has a setting that will block un-encrypted web sites.

Another thing... if you load the Asus router app on your tablet you can manage most of the router settings. Including turning on https which may allow Edge to connect. Do not enable remote access! It is a security risk.

thanks bbunge ... i using chrome but I think I'll do a clean reset, and as you suggest install and use firefox.

thanks for the suggestion especially on Forefox; a quick search indicated you cannot execute exe. files on it so not what I want right now. Too bad. A reset looms!

You don't need to change browsers to access the router webUI. I use Edge all of the time to manage equipment. There is some other issue on your end that needs adjusting.

I use macOS and had the same issue when using Edge\Chrome. I realize you're using Windows, but perhaps there is a setting like on macOS to allow access.

Unfortunately I can't help with your issue but I'm wondering how the AX88U Pro is working out for you overall? I'm thinking about buying one to replace my aging Netgear AC2100 router. From the research I've done it seems like the AX88U Pro is one of the best Wifi 6 routers on the market today?

Erm, no... not on the Mac

Can't say much about Edge, but Chrome and Firefox run just fine...

On Win - I don't use Edge over there, might be ok since it's based on Chrome, but if one is using Chrome on Mac/Linux, make sense to keep it on one page for Windows.
