Asus RT-AX88u Slow DL speeds on WIFI

Hey guys, I am on VZ Fios 1GB/1GB. My hardwired connection seems to be perfectly fine. The issue I come across is download speeds when on Wifi 5GHz. I am connected and sitting right near the router and speeds are coming in at 200-300MB.

Any suggestions how to fix this? I attempted switching channels and no success yet.

I'm having the same problem, but in reverse. My uploads are capped at 200mbit on a gigabit fibre connection.
