New Around Here
Hello All,

First thread on the forum, but I've been reading for a while. At my office, I have an Asus RT-N56U setup with a 3 Tb Western Dig Elements USB hard drive plugged in as the shared drive.

The odd thing is that the Asus sees the drive as a 2.72Tb drive with only 768 Gb of available storage.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
-- Steve

My guess is that the drive sharing software in the ASUS doesn't recognize anything higher than 2 TB.

See if you can partition the drive into something under 2 TB and see if the ASUS will recognize it.
