Better stay with 3.0.0.4.388_33427.

After months of troubleshooting images not loading and slow websites loading times I came across this post. Downgraded to 3.0.0.4.388_33427 from 3.0.0.4.388_33911 and everything is faster.

The worst part is that ASUS routers come with automatic FW upgrades enabled by default.

I understand that this is intended to deploy security patches quickly on most of the devices, but it is a double-edged sword too, as a botched upgrade will also impact most of the users...

Anyway, they do not seem too concerned with fixing this, and are providing little to no feedback on the corresponding topics on their own forums.
