Asus - users on the guest network can't print

New Around Here
I still having the issue with my asus router - ac66r and that is people on the guest network with intranet disabled cannot print. This is because all ports/ip is blocked and can't get to the printer.

This includes guests who want to connect to my network and just want to print, and also use their iphones to print using the airprint.

It is a shame I cannot fix this, is there any other router or firmware that will allow me more flexibility to fix this?

or perhaps commands sent to the command line?

Thanks in advance
PS my hp printer is an airprinter and hardwired with Ethernet cable.

Your guest network is probably isolated on a separate subnet. The routing table that supports it probably allows a gateway out to the internet and no contact with the rest of the network. Your solution is to see if the guest network has an option to access the entire home network as opposed to its isolated subnet, but that will give outsiders access to anything not locked down. Or you can buy a 2nd printer and hook it up to the same wireless guest network. Or you can fool around with the routing table (most people don't do this).

Your printer is part of the Intranet, so if you disable their Intranet access, you will of course also disable printer access.
