AX56U with 384.18 VPN issue

Occasional Visitor
AX56U with IPSEC VPN server enabled is conflicting with Astrill Applet.
Everytime the router restarts, Astrill stops working and cannot be restored. Have to reflash Merlin and reinstall Astrill to make it work. Is there any fix that I could look into?
