Yes, with any provider. It is my understanding that the GCM ciphers have a built in auth digest mechanism so you don't need to specify one.

I found these two items on a google search regarding HMAC authorization.

If you're configuring GCM - an authenticated cipher, you have no need to do HMAC.

The authentication tag of GCM already provides message integrity and authentication. There is no need for a HMAC calculation to create another authentication tag.
