Best method to "start over" on AC68U

Hi everyone,

So I've been using Merlin for years and years now, always updating but I've now noticed there's a few issues popping up. I'm on 384.17 and would like to go to 384.18 (my amtm is from an old manual install, though all updated) and start fresh. What would be the best way to do with the lowest downtime? Would doing a Restore Factory Settings with the "Initialize all the settings, and clear all the data log for AiProtection, Traffic Analyzer, and Web History." checkbox ticked, flash the new firmware and do it again? (then of course plug in usb devices and format them)

Would that suffice?

Also tick the box to wipe the jffs partition on next reboot (scroll down for "apply")
