Cake QOS Installation

Afternoon,

Is there an installation guide for Cake QOS for simpletons like me?

I am pretty good with scripts etc, and have putty etc ready to go, just wondered if someone could provide the basics, I have a USB drive etc.

I think I will need this feature and the Cake one seems to suit my needs.
