Can I setup PLEX Media Server on my RT-AX11000

I have a lifetime subscription to the Plex Media Server which I bought back then when I had a Nighthawk X10.

I tried the USB Application in the router which allowed me to setup a public FTP but it sucks because when I'm on my smartphone, I cannot simply stream the movies like Plex allows you to it downloads the entire movie to the phone first.

So my question is, is there a way to setup the Plex Media Server in this router and how to do so?
