Cant See Connect USB drive on home network (RT-AC88U)

I had a flash drive connected to my USB 2.0 port. I could see it on my Win 10 laptop. I then connected a SSD drive to my USB 3,0 port but then was unable to either drive on my network. I removed the USB 3.0 connected drive but still cannot see their USB 2.0 drive. With both drives connected I can see them on my Android phone but not my Win 10 machine. I have two other Win 10 machines and their cant see the drives either.

I have SMB activated in the USB feature of the router. It has been working until today.

Any ideas for getting the drives showing again.

check if the router was busy scanning the drives. If so than it may be better to leaves the drives connected.
