Change GUI port from 80 to 8080?

Hallo,

Is there a chance to change the web admin gui port from 80 to lets say 8080?
If yes, how do i do so please?

Only in my fork.....it's a lot harder to do in the latest levels with the token based logon.

Switch to https only. You will be able then to use any port, freeing port 80.

My fork is based on an older code level, for the 'legacy' ASUS routers (AC68U and earlier)...sticky near the top of this forum. Sorry, not available for the R7000.
