Cloudfront error with raise.com

I'm getting the following error when trying to access raise.com:

403 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
Request blocked.
Generated by cloudfront (CloudFront)
Request ID: u9zVXPo3MPc7guuU87bgfbWUPJ3KdVyWjY7zvO9dD4MtSU61-k8Zrg==

I thougt it was related to the DoT configured (it's cloudflare), but when changing to 8.8.8.8 I still get the same error, I already cleared cache and cookies, visiting on my android devices with mobile data and still unable to access raise.com.

Could someone give it a try and see if it's available? (isitdownrightnow.com says it's up and running)

Interestingly, if I connect to that site via a proxy in either the US, Canada or Mexico it works OK. Any other country is blocked.

Sounds like the owner of that site implemented some geolocking to their website then.
