Use the VPN base on URL rather than IP address

Hi everyone,

I am trying to find the right addon so that I can use my VPN for all devices in my home but only when going out to a specific URL, this to bypass streaming region locks. I am french living in Australia and would like to access my catch up TV with the french TV.

What is the right addon to use?

Thank you for the advice, I have seen also there x3mrouting, which seems like a similar use case, but I don't understand what is one versus the other. Are you using any of those 2 yourself?
