Connecting to machines behind an OpenVPN client (PIA)

-Primary VPN Client running and connect to PIA for all traffic.
-VPN server running so I can connect to my router remotely from cell phone

I'm trying to figure out how I can still access my machines remotely from outside my network (cell phone via SSH or personal VPN server on the router). PIA is running on the router for all traffic, except the router itself. I can easily connect to the router via SSH or a VPN client, but cannot connect to anything inside the PIA VPN network. Essentially I would like to connect the two VPNs together into the same network so I could access each machine. Is this even possible?
