Cudy Switches; do they pass VLAN tags like tp-link do ?

Hi, I’m looking at a Cudy 2.5G unmanaged switch primarily for size and cost. There’s a couple of threads which refer to tp-link switches being able to pass VLAN tags through; but trendnet switches not.

Does anyone know if Cudy switches have this capability. I l really like the small form factor and it needs to go in a cupboard with little room. Thanks!
Any Cudy switch users out there? Heat, noise if they have a fan, anything to watch out for?

I think the conventional wisdom on that is "it depends". The manufacturers don't specify this behavior, so it might or might not do what you want. I wouldn't assume it's consistent across all switches from the same manufacturer. It's possible that it might even vary from one batch to the next of the same switch model.

Cheers ... I guess I was hoping that someone had actually bought one, tried it and could tell me yup, this model xyz works, your're good to go.
Unfortunately, so far, there seems not too to be too much first hand user-experience in this forum yet... hopefully, someone will drop by and say I have just bought one and you're in luck :) ...
