DDNS Free Let's Encrypt Cert not updating. Cant access Aicloud

For some reason my lets encrypt certificate is not updating after 9/30 under the DDNS. I have disabled it and also attempted to restart the router and re-connect and it won't update. Any idea on how to force an update for the lets encrypt certificate?
All connections to my aicloud account are being denied.
