Default Admin Password Incorrect NAS ZyXEL NSA325 v2

Can't see a similar post like this so hoping someone can help.
I've bought a ZyXEL NSA325 v2 NAS from Amazon and am in the process of setting it up. Using the NAS Starter Utility when I click "Run Initialization Wizard" it prompts for the username and password which according to the quick start guide and the user guide is admin / 1234.

The wizard is saying that the password is incorrect, but I know that I have not changed it. Does anyone have any thoughts on this, feeling a bit stumped at the first hurdle here!

Hi hggomes thanks for your reply. I'm not sure I'm able to use that however, as it still asks for the username and password and using the default still says it is incorrect.

You are welcome, that means someone used it before and set a different password on it, just press the RESET button on your NAS and it will reset to default user/password after.

user: admin
pass: 1234
